Our One-of-a-kind Video Employment and Information Listings is a game changing service. The Logistics Employment Provider role is very important to the Logistics Industry. The Logistics Employment Provider (LEP) primary focus is connecting Job Seekers in the Logistics Industry with Employers and providing guidance to the Job Seekers and Employers in reference to our best in industry employment and training services. An LEP is an independent revenue partner authorized to represent the full Logistics 911 platform — connecting employers, carriers, brokers, 3PLs, warehouses, drivers and job seekers to the tools, talent and training that keep the world's supply chains moving.
You act as the local, regional or vertical-specific extension of Logistics 911. You sell, activate and support customers across our entire catalog: employer subscriptions, job credits, Resume Pro, CPD certifications, Resume Blast, Directory Listings, 358+ training courses, advertising and enterprise RFQs — and you keep half of everything you generate.
Day-to-day tasks include consulting with job seekers to understand their experience and goals, guiding them through application and interview processes, and maintaining accurate records of candidate profiles and placements. The role also involves collaborating with employers to understand their staffing needs, organizing training or upskilling resources where relevant, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful placements. The Logistics Employment Provider is expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders, monitor labor market trends in logistics, and contribute to continuous improvement of placement and training services.
